Godel Technologies announced as headline sponsor for the Dr Michael Josephson MBE farewell charity ball Ellipse

We’re delighted to announce that we are one of the headlining sponsors of the Dr Michael Josephson MBE farewell charity ball.

The Charity Ball, taking place on Saturday, 14th March 2026 at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel by IHG, is known as one of the region’s most iconic fundraising events. The Ball will once again unite leaders from business, entertainment, and philanthropy in support of children’s causes. The 2026 Farewell Ball marks a landmark moment in Michael’s remarkable philanthropic journey, which has raised millions for children’s charities across the UK.

Following the record-breaking £1.2 million raised in 2024, the 2026 gala promises to be an unforgettable farewell. It will support five main beneficiary organisations – Variety, the Children’s Charity, The Seashell Trust, The Anne Frank Trust, Mahdlo Youth Zone, and The Rainbow Trust – along with additional smaller charities across the North West, each dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

We are incredibly proud to support Dr Michael Josephson MBE and his Farewell Charity Ball. For us, it’s more than just a headline credit. It’s a pledge of responsibility, partnership, and purpose. By backing this event, we help amplify the causes it supports, raise awareness, and enable real change in people’s lives. Godel are headquartered in Manchester, and we feel a strong duty to invest in our community. The charities benefiting from this event are doing vital work with youth, education, health, and social inclusion, and they deserve every platform and resource we can bring. Michael’s extraordinary commitment to improving lives and making a change in this world is nothing short of inspiring, and it’s an honour to stand with such a worthy cause.
