Godel brings AI‑powered engineering to redefine airline onboarding for Calrom
Godel has been selected by travel technology company Calrom to modernise its software development processes and accelerate the onboarding of new airline customers to its platform.
The partnership reflects Calrom’s continued business expansion and plans to onboard additional airline partners in the coming years. To support this growth, the company is focused on further strengthening the scalability and efficiency of its engineering and quality assurance (QA) practices, while maintaining the high standards expected by its airline partners
Godel will work alongside Calrom’s engineering and QA teams to build on its established software development life cycle practices, advancing its test automation strategy by introducing AI-driven capabilities to streamline onboarding.
By introducing enhanced automation and more efficient development workflows, the initiative aims to reduce onboarding timelines and support a more consistent, scalable approach as new airline partners join the platform

“As our platform continues to grow and we welcome more airline partners, we’re continuing to evolve our engineering practices to scale with the business. Our teams have established a robust foundation, and through our collaboration with Godel, we’re able to build on that strength – enhancing our testing and delivery approach. This partnership enables us to explore how automation and AI can extend our existing capabilities and support our teams at scale. Godel’s expertise will help us accelerate onboarding and further strengthen the platform as we continue to expand.” – Neil Hughes, Divisional CTO, Calrom.
The engagement begins with an eight-week advisory programme led by Godel, working closely with Calrom’s engineering and QA teams to build on established practices and further advance its end-to-end automation strategy. This includes developing a proof-of-concept framework and a roadmap for scaling automated testing across the organisation.
In addition, Godel will undertake a five-week programme to help Calrom transform its software development lifecycle (SDLC) with AI, building on Calrom’s established development practices, technology landscape and organisational readiness for AI. The programme will identify opportunities to apply AI across the software development lifecycle, supported by a practical roadmap for implementation, helping to accelerate adoption across the business.
“For fast-growing software businesses like Calrom, the challenge isn’t just building great products, it’s ensuring the engineering processes behind them can scale. Automation and AI are key to making that possible. Our focus is helping them modernise their engineering processes so they can deliver faster without compromising quality.”
Joe Wolski, CTO, Godel
The project reflects Godel’s broader focus on helping technology businesses adopt AI and modern engineering practices to increase delivery speed, efficiency and scalability.
By combining advisory expertise with hands-on engineering support, Godel helps organisations identify where automation and AI can deliver measurable improvements across the software development lifecycle.
