Godel is delighted to announce that Katsiaryna Ruksha, Lead Data Scientist has been named in the TOP 100 Women in Data Science list.

The “Perspektywy” Education Foundation, organiser of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024 is Europe’s biggest conference for women in technology. They have recently announced a list of TOP Women in Data Science – a non-ranked list of exceptional women (Polish and foreign, but working in Poland) professionally dealing with the issue of Cloud Computing.

The TOP 100 Women in Data Science initiative aims to recognise and celebrate women who are making significant contributions to the field of data science and to inspire the next generation of female professionals in the industry. 

Upon making the TOP 100 list, Katsiaryna has been nominated for “Applied Business Data Science”. This category highlights professionals who excel in the practical application of science within the business realm and demonstrate a keen understanding of business challenges. 

Katsiaryna, who has been with the company for 2 years, is a Lead Data Scientist at Godel Technologies. Katsiaryna was nominated for her work implementing an optimised industrial process, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings. Katsiaryna has also developed a system for early defect detection in device production. 

Reflecting on the announcement, Katsiaryna Ruksha, Lead Data Scientist said: “I am honoured to be recognised as one of the top 100 women in Poland. Over the past decade as a Data Scientist, I have been passionate about learning and development which finally led to establishing a Data Science community in Godel. Through meetups, mentoring, and sharing insights on my AI blog, I strive to inspire others and advance the field of artificial intelligence.”  

The final TOP 10 Women in Data Science list selected by the jury will be officially announced during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024.
