The Computing AI & Software Development Awards recognise innovation and achievement in AI and software development, celebrating organisations and talented individuals that are advancing the industry, solving real-world challenges, and shaping tomorrow’s technology.

Robert Kostrzewski has been shortlisted for the Data Scientist of the Year award, recognising his exceptional expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence. His submission was reviewed and scored by an independent panel of experts drawn from across the technology industry.

As a key member of the collaborative partnership between Godel and Reed.co.uk, Robert Kostrzewski has played an instrumental role in driving impactful data science initiatives. His contributions have supported several high-impact projects, including the development of predictive models that optimised marketing investments, resulting in a significant reduction in paid marketing costs. Robert also enhanced job recommendation datasets, which led to an increase in direct applications and a rise in email open rates.
