Godel are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment. We do not discriminate against people based on their skin colour, ethnic origin or nationality, a disability, their age, their religion or belief, their gender, their sexual orientation, their work status, or marital or civil partnership status – or indeed any factor that does not have relevance to doing a great job. We want to celebrate and respect our differences - its our people which make us unique!
What diversity is and why it is so important to us?
We understand that our employees are individual, no two people are the same because everyone has their own unique set of opinions and values.
With a continually growing workforce, it’s really important that we have practices and policies in place that ensure Godel is a great place to work with an environment that is tolerant, inclusive and fulfilling.
We strive to champion a collaborative and inclusive culture that prioritises openness, fairness and transparency not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because we recognise the important contribution our diverse workforce makes to our continued business success.Read about Godel Charity work here

CHERNOBYL CHILDREN'S PROJECT
Since the start of 2015 we have pledged to provide a monthly charitable donation as on-going support to UK and Belarus based Children and Young Adults Charity, Chernobyl Children’s Project UK.
The organisation delivered ground-breaking work in Belarus creating a number of care centres for children and young adults with disabilities, employing care nurses and teachers for the centres, whilst continuing to sponsor visits for children and young adults to the UK.
