University of Salford engage with Godel
During the economic slowdown, research suggests that senior IT representatives in the public sector are looking for unique ways to deliver high quality projects which add value to their organisation and keep delivery and implementation costs to a minimum. Flexibility in delivery has also been highlighted as a key requirement because of the fast changing pace of the student population’s needs.
After consulting a number of partners, IT Services at the University of Salford took the decision to engage GodelTech to develop and deliver a Proof of Concept model for Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS 2010).
Derek Edmonds, Project Lead at University of Salford, commented,
“The key factor for choosing Godel Technologies was their emphasis on quality assurance methodologies and their thorough subject matter expertise in this arena. This is an exciting time for the University as MOSS 2010 will provide us with a corporate collaboration tool across the University. We are looking forward to embarking on what promises to be a strong and successful working relationship with GodelTech.”
Neil Turvin, Sales Director at GodelTech said,
“GodelTech has a unique delivery approach. We believe that there are not many organisations in the UK who can compete with us in terms of knowledge, experience and quality of delivery. We are very proud to be working with the University of Salford on this project and hope that this becomes the catalyst for further work with them and other public sector organisations.”
