Godel’s Dziyana Aryshchuk and Natalli Krechick have been named finalists at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2023. 

The Women in Tech Excellence Awards recognise top-performing women from across the technology space and provide inspiration for younger women looking to build a career in our industry. 

By championing its female leadership role models and balanced employee base, Godel would not be where it is today – a leading software development partner renowned for its quality software delivery and technical expertise.​ Godel’s diversity of staff supports its ability to deliver in an agile manner for its clients; as a company, it can easily adapt to various circumstances upon client projects, as a result of having a diverse team in place. 

This year, not just one, but two Godel women have been shortlisted in this year’s awards which recognise and promote the many talented women in the tech industry. 

Dziyana Aryshchuk, Engineer of the Year Finalist 

Dziyana Aryshchuk is a Senior Agile Delivery Coordinator who is one of eleven women who have been shortlisted for “Engineer of the Year”, a category that demonstrates excellence in the field of software engineering and how her contribution has made a significant impact, going above and beyond the usual expectations of her role. As a delivery Manager, Dziyana ensures her teams are enabled, focused and performant in order to deliver quality products, on time, to the client and their customers. 

We asked Dziyana what her top tip would be for a woman looking to start a career in IT. She said, “Believe in yourself, learn how to trust your own intuition and never give up – remember, no problem is insurmountable. Know that your efforts will always be rewarded.”  

Natalli Krechick, Outstanding Transformation of the Year Finalist 

Natalli Krechick, Principal BA at Godel has been shortlisted for “Outstanding Transformation of the Year”, along with 14 other finalists in that category. This category recognises women who are responsible for leading or driving business transformation within their organisation, project, product or process. 

Natalli uses her sharp product mindset, deep business & system analysis, and outstanding communication skills to play a pivotal role in facilitating productive discussions and ensuring that all parties have a comprehensive understanding of the project goals and requirements. 

“My top tip would be to not be afraid to ask questions, even the ones you think are ‘stupid’. It will turn out that you’ve just asked a question no one else had thought to ask!” 

Reflecting on the shortlist announcement, Elena Polubochko, CTO at Godel said,
