Godel has been shortlisted in two categories at the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2018. The company has been shortlisted in the Digital Service Company of the Year category, and employee Maksim Kasinskij has been shortlisted for Scrum Master of the year at the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2018.

Godel will come up against nine other organisations in the Digital Service Company of the Year category – a hotly contested category.

Meanwhile, Maksim is in a category of just three shortlisted professionals. As a nearshore software development partner, close collaboration with clients is vital to ensure Godel’s project delivery is up to standard. Maksim is SCRUM master for multiple Godel clients, each requiring delivery of multiple projects. He has responsibility for over 30 people across these projects and must facilitate agile software delivery for each team.

“Maks was the first certified SCRUM Master to join Godel, and so he’s often referred to as the SCRUM Guru. His communication skills are the best I’ve ever seen – he’s very friendly, and a very good speaker,” explains Aliaksandr Karymau, VP Java Engineering, Godel Technologies.

“He is skilled in transforming knowledge into practice – across the projects he tests new processes to understand what does and doesn’t work. Maks is an excellent example for other managers on how to manage multiple teams successfully.”

The awards ceremony will be held at the May Fair Hotel in London on July 4, 2018.
