Godel is continuing their ambitious operations in Poland as they announce its latest office in Bialystok, the largest city in north-eastern Poland. There are already 170 Godel employees in the Podlaskie Province location, making it the 4th largest Godel team in Poland.

An impressive portfolio of delivery centres in Poland has cemented the country as Godel’s European tech hub with around 1400 people in the location. 3 Polish offices have already been successfully established in Gdansk, Lodz and Wroclaw. Now Godel is ready to reveal its newest Polish office in Bialystok.
New office in Bialystok
Named the largest city in north-eastern Poland, Bialystok, which is the capital of the Podlaskie Province, offers a culturally diverse city surrounded by numerous natural and historical sites. The Bialystok team, which has so far worked only remotely, already has 170 specialists. Godel are delighted to reveal a modern office space located in the new Business Centre.
We have chosen to open a physical office in Bialystok to support the growth of our existing team and to allow us to develop further in the location. We hope to match the success we have seen with our other development centres, which has seen us reach 2000 employees globally. With the continued support of the Town Hall, we will look to hire local talent and begin cooperating with tech universities where we can introduce our Mastery programme. The success in other locations has shown how local talent can be nurtured and grown – giving local people the opportunity to develop a career in technology.

The new office offers employees a flexible co-working space, along with a desk booking system to accommodate Godel’s hybrid working policy which is carried out throughout their other locations. The office in Bialystok will allow the team to promote integrations and build stronger relationships in person as they grow and allow for a healthy work-life balance.
Godel in Bialystok has big plans for the future and already offers excellent working and living environments for our employees. The opening of our office is a significant milestone that will allow us to grow and expand by providing new jobs for graduates of Bialystok universities, as well as integrating our cultures and merging our mentalities. Godel are always on the lookout for new talents, both technical and admin positions, who are vital in supporting the company’s growing talented developers. Godel’s latest Polish location has plans to grow their existing team further and will look to hire more specialists from the local IT community to strengthen the team with the help of the Town Hall and nearby universities.
Currently, we now have around 1400 people in Poland, which shows that our business continues to thrive and develop in the location.
