In 2021 Godel Technologies began their ambitious plans to introduce Poland as its newest development location. Godel’s first Polish development centre was in Lodz, which saw significant growth within its first year, putting the tech company in a strong position to rapidly develop its operations and open its next Polish office – this time in Wroclaw. Now 1 year on, Godel is celebrating their huge success in the Wroclaw market where there are now more than 400 employees on board the location, making it the biggest team in Poland so far.

Manchester-headquartered Godel provides high-performance solutions that meet even the most complex customer requirements in the energy, automotive, financial and e-commerce industries. The nearshore business has been operating as a leading software delivery company for more than 20 years and has quickly grown worldwide to 2000 employees across all its locations, gaining international reach through its centres of expertise in Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Georgia and UAE.
In Poland alone, there are more than 1400 employees with an extensive portfolio of delivery centres in Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Bialystok, Warsaw and Poznan making the European tech hub Godel’s key development location to support their global strategic plans.

New office expansion
Situated in the fourth largest metropolitan area in Poland, Wroclaw is one the most exponentially growing cities in Poland offering a diverse and dynamic location for Godel’s largest team in Poland. An exciting recent expansion in the modern Business Garden Area accommodates 400 Godel specialists with 1700m2 of flexible co-working space adapted to the company’s hybrid working model. The upgraded office will allow the growing team to promote integrations and build stronger relationships in person as they grow and allow for a healthy work-life balance.
Godel’s growth in Wroclaw has put the company right in the heart of a thriving location which offers an interesting and diverse IT sector with an abundance of growth opportunities. We have seen rapid growth over the course of the year, and it was the cooperation with the Town Hall, Invest in Wroclaw and ARAW which meant we were able to do so successfully, and we are very grateful for their continued support. I am proud to say our Wroclaw office is an international team of professionals who play a key part in shaping Godel’s big plans for the future.
Alena Mialeshka, Head of Operations Wroclaw

The company is always on the lookout for talents, both technical and admin positions, who play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions at Godel and supporting their growing talented developers. There is also a growing emphasis on recruiting local talent within the IT community to join the team. Godel’s Mastery’s success in other locations has shown how local talent can be nurtured and grown – giving local people the opportunity to develop a career in tech.
It’s amazing to see the presence that Godel has established in Wroclaw and our growth over the past year. It’s essential for me that we always support our people and create the right culture and environment for them to work in. We have recently extended our office presence in Wroclaw, and this is all due to the number of people returning to the office. We offer our people flexibility with our hybrid working model but for me, nothing beats being in and around people. Face-to-face interaction and social time together are essential for integrating our diverse teams.
I am proud we have reached our first year in Wroclaw and feel comforted by the positive feedback we have received about this location. Congratulations to everybody involved in making this location a success and here’s to the next 20 years of continuing to build our presence and a great culture for our amazing people.
