CASE STUDY
The car sales sector is highly competitive, with many companies vying for market share, so Motorpoint needed to enhance its digital customer experience to stay at the top. Navigating increasing challenges in the technology market meant that recruiting within the UK was becoming extremely difficult. Godel successfully introduced two new finance lending partners to Auction4Cars.com. This gives buyers more options when purchasing vehicles on the platform and offers dealers the opportunity to win, pay and collect new stock in minutes. The outcomes from this project have seen an uplift of around 5% in revenue. Godel was also responsible for automating Motorpoint’s Sell Your Car journey, which is now a significant channel for the business driving over 20,000 clicks a month.
