Morson Group (Morson) wanted to create a new, cutting edge portal that would provide an effective communication channel with their contractors. Having looked for products in the marketplace it was clear that there wasn’t one which met all of their criteria so Morson looked to create a custom solution.
Each year Morson requests feedback from its users which allows them to better understand their users. From the feedback gathered Morson learned that they need an online presence, as this would give their users access anytime and from anywhere.
People are an organisation’s greatest asset and so Morson strive to be the best in their sector by sourcing the best opportunity for each candidate and by maintaining communication throughout their placement. Morson’s capabilities provide cross-sector opportunities for candidates having developed good working relationships with many UK and worldwide industry leaders.

Morson required a portal application that would enable the two main subsidiaries of the group to provide a fully accessible service for both its business and customer base. The Morson subsidiaries are Morson International, a global provider of specialist engineering and technical personnel, and Morson Projects Limited, a comprehensive service providing outsourced engineering and project management design services.
“We wanted to create a new, cutting edge portal which will become an easy to use tool enabling contractors to view job assignments, submit authorised timesheets, e-sign contracts and related documents while also being able to update their personal details, read news, FAQ’s and other information”, – explained Stinus Andersen, Business Systems Manager at Morson International.
“There will be many benefits to both our business and our customers by implementing an online portal; it allows us to reduce costs by making the process more effective, giving Morson a competitive advantage over our competitors”.
After finding nothing in the marketplace which met all the requirements and functionality, Morson Group started to look at companies which would be able to develop a solution to meet all of their criteria.
“We looked at a number of companies but knew very quickly that Godel understood our business, coupled with their attitude on quality and unique delivery approach it set them apart from the rest. The account management team in the UK were there to step in if we ever needed any additional guidance, and our working relationship with the development team in Minsk was great. We definitely felt like one team.
I am confident that the project was developed right, tested to destruction and the team ensured that everything was properly documented”, – concluded Stinus.
Morson group is made up of three main subsidiaries; Morson International, Morson Projects and Vital Human Resources.
