Morson Group (Morson) wanted to create a new, cutting edge portal that would provide an effective communication channel with their contractors. Having looked for products in the marketplace it was clear that there wasn’t one which met all of their criteria so Morson looked to create a custom solution.
Each year Morson requests feedback from its users which allows them to better understand their users. From the feedback gathered Morson learned that they need an online presence, as this would give their users access anytime and from anywhere.

Morson required a portal application that would enable the two main subsidiaries of the group to provide a fully accessible service for both its business and customer base. The Morson subsidiaries are Morson International, a global provider of specialist engineering and technical personnel, and Morson Projects Limited, a comprehensive service providing outsourced engineering and project management design services.
“We wanted to create a new, cutting edge portal which will become an easy to use tool enabling contractors to view job assignments, submit authorised timesheets, e-sign contracts and related documents while also being able to update their personal details, read news, FAQ’s and other information”, – explained Stinus Andersen, Business Systems Manager at Morson International.

PROJECT BASED
After finding nothing in the marketplace which met all the requirements and functionality, Morson Group started to look at companies which would be able to develop a solution to meet all of their criteria.
