We are seeking a Solution Architect/Technical Consultant to join our Consultancy Unit. This individual will be working with clients to understand their strategic goals & problems and translate them into actionable solutions that can be implemented across various technologies.

Location: Poland (Ideally Warsaw. If not, the candidate should be open to occasional travel to the Warsaw office, approximately once a month)

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Consultancy projects as a Solution Architect/Technical Consultant.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and vision.
- Think holistically and assess solutions from multiple perspectives, including technology, cost, business impact, and people.
- Design business-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Work across various technologies, translating business requirements into appropriate, technology-agnostic solutions.
- Translate complex technical details into business language & articulate them well to the client.
- Guide clients through the transformation processes, ensuring that solutions are both scalable and sustainable.
- Develop and present clear, impactful documentation, proposals, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in software engineering with .NET/Java.
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture (3+ years in Architect Role).
- Strong knowledge in Azure and AWS.
- Understanding of architectural patterns and principles, relevant experience in applying those ones (applicable for technical divisions).
- Ability to take ownership in decision making, not only in providing options, but take responsibility to choose appropriate tech stack, patterns, cloud services, ability to present decisions and answer on the questions in front of the other Architects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, to talk to senior / C- level (presentation, interviews, etc.).
- Upper-Intermediate English level, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and solving complex challenges.
