By joining Godel, you’ll become a part of a Language Development and Intercultural Communication division. Your main aim will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in Lithuanian. Depending on the demand the teacher will have 4-6 classes a week (each class length is 90 minutes).

Responsibilities
- Prepare useful materials and activities for each class
- Apply conventional and experimental methods to conduct classes
- Use different online platforms: Kahoot, Quizlet, Quizziz, Wordwall, etc.
- Measure the employees’ progress and give them some feedback
- Create an effective learning environment and enhance the students' motivation
- Collaborate with the Godel language teachers
Requirements
- A University degree in teaching languages including the Lithuanian language
- 1+ years of experience as a Lithuanian teacher
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum and Lithuanian language requirements
- B1/B2 level of English
- Knowledge of internal organizational communication tools (such as Microsoft Teams) and some other online platforms
- A good understanding of a communicative approach and modern techniques
- Creative thinking and a passion for languages
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, a friendly & patient personality
