Godel has added another piece of silverware to its awards cabinet – winning Digital Service Company of the Year in 2019 for its software development work. Ran by Computing magazine, the awards are dedicated to the companies and individuals behind driving technology leadership and innovation forwards, rather than the technology platforms and tools.
Godel won the award by evidencing its recent work on many mission-critical software development projects that have delivered tangible benefits to its clients. The entry highlighted Godel’s recent award-winning partnerships with the likes of Virgin Holidays and OEC.
Recent areas of growth at Godel also helped secure the win, including the expansion of these technical centres of excellence across its European locations:
• AI, data science and machine learning
• Mobile application development
• Cloud migration (AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform)
• DevOps
• Front-end languages including various JavaScript frameworks.
“It’s another great win and recognition for the work that we do at Godel – so much of it is about personal relationships on top of the excellent technical skills we deliver to our clients,” said Neil McMurdo, MD of Godel.
