This second part of the blog series we are going to look at how nearshoring can solve another potential problem normally encountered by organisations looking to outsource – communication.

Differences in the English language worldwide and cultural variations

The communication problem is actually two combined issues. The first, and most obvious one that people always cite, is language and cultural differences. English language communication and attitudes towards authority differ from region to region and the differences can cause problems. Linked to this many senior staff from offshore companies have a tendency to disappear once the deal has been signed.
