In his time at Godel Neil has taken advantage of his strong 18+ year career in management where he has previously worked with dispersed teams. Over the years, Neil has successfully introduced new processes which have played a fundamental part in exceeding the company’s ambitious growth targets and client satisfaction. Outside of the office Neil is well known for his fair-weather golfing skills, using the sunnier days here in the UK to try and reduce his very respectable 12 handicap - watch out Rory McIlroy!

Starting his career as a software developer at Godel, Andrew has led many client engagements from a technical perspective. Since 2010, Andrew has held the role of Chief Operations Officer, taking full responsibility for all operations in Godel’s growth plans and the development and scaling of Godel’s European locations.

Rob holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and has responsibility for ensuring that Godel is financially compliant and meets regulatory obligations. Rob also provides support and guidance to the board with financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting and legal activities. Qualified by both AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and CIMA (Charted Institute of Management Accountants), Rob has been integral in the growth and shaping of Godel into the successful company it is today. Rob also holds the position of Group CFO for Lowry Group, which manages a £500m portfolio of investments.

As Chief Technical Officer, Elena and her VPs of Engineering are responsible for setting the overall technical vision and strategic direction of Godel. Elena began her career at Godel in March 2006 and has progressed through the company in various technical roles into her current position as CTO. As well as setting the technical strategy of the company, Elena also has the overall responsibility for delivery into clients, seamlessly onboarding and tailoring processes to enable Godel to achieve high levels of productivity for each client.

Scott is Non-Executive Chairman and major shareholder in Godel. Scott is one of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and was awarded an MBE for services to business and the community in the North West of England in 2014. He now heads up companies with a total valuation in excess of £150m. He is a widely known figure in the Manchester community thanks to his active charitable involvement, passion for Apprenticeships and his participation in the Greater Manchester LEP.

Jack originally joined Godel as a Client Director during the challenging period of the pandemic, with a desire to work hard and get results. He quickly developed a unique way of building relationships and has a proven record of nurturing and growing the clients he has signed which led him to win ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ for 2 consecutive years. Now VP Sales, Jack will lead his growing sales team in the UK in bringing in new client wins. Jack is also known for his love of karaoke and game shows, even making an appearance on Tipping Point!

Anastassia is a very motivated, honest and direct individual who aims to excel at anything that she does. Being responsible for presales in Godel, she is linking the company’s delivery, sales and account management teams. Anastassia brings over 15 years’ experience in software development services across a number of verticals, including fintech, retail, travel and utilities. She liaises closely with the sales team by providing consultancy services to potential customers, and the delivery teams by shaping the proposals and ways of working between a client and their nearshore teams.

Being respected by clients and peers Victor has established himself as a key member of the Godel senior management team. He began his career as a developer at Godel and has since experienced numerous promotions within the company to establish himself as the company's VP of Engineering for its .NET Division. Victor has a great ability to mentor and bring through exceptional software developers, whilst leading enterprise level, mission-critical customer engagements. Regarded as "superman" by his colleagues, Victor is always there to help new members of his team.

Michelle has overall board-level responsibility for delivering the strategic marketing plan across all communication channels for Godel and delivering results in the form of marketing qualified sales leads and bottom line revenue. In her role, Michelle has found unique ways of approaching prospects and clients that have seen Godel win many household names in the UK. She works tirelessly to deliver new ways working to bring about the best results for the company whilst supporting her growing team of marketing professionals. Michelle is a qualified CIM professional.

Chloe started her career at Godel in 2013 as a Client Director, where her passion for problem solving and customer experience spearheaded her transition into the Service Delivery team, looking after our long-standing client partnerships. As VP Service Delivery, Chloe is responsible for supporting Godel's expanding Service Delivery team, ensuring that each cross-functional software engineering team is working collaboratively and proactively for each Godel client. In her spare time, Chloe is passionate about health and fitness, and can often be found up at the crack of dawn ready for a workout!

Mark has been a key player at Godel since 2015 and over the years has gained valuable experience within the finance function. Now VP of Commercial Finance, Mark heads up the growing finance team in Manchester, UK and ensures all processes are completed effectively and efficiently. Qualified by both AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), Mark enjoys keeping fit in his spare time and is the undefeated champion of Godel’s step challenges.

Alex is well respected by his team and clients for his vast technical knowledge and common sense approach to delivery and viewed as very much a "big brother" within the company. Combining his Masters in Physics and Radio Electronics with this knowledge with over 20 years of experience in software development, management and successful delivery, it’s only understandable why Alex is recognised as our "go to guy" at Godel.

Anastasiya is Godel's Head of Talent Acquisition and heads up our TA Division. Her team of TA professionals are responsible for the recruitment and retention of new and existing exceptional software developers, project managers, business analysts, architects, automation and quality assurance staff. Clever people and learning new things are what motivates Anastasiya, and together with her team and over 10 years of experience in HR, she is always on hand to talk you through vacancies within the company which may be suited to your skills and experience.

Irina is one of our longest serving Godel family members and has been with Godel since 2006. Her continued professionalism and work ethic saw her promoted to VP of Operational Finance, responsible for heading up the finance teams in Godel`s multiple delivery locations. Irina can usually be seen taking part in sporting activities, and particularly enjoys skiing, kayaking, and swimming.
