GodelTech Mission Statement

GodelTech is the leading UK based software development nearshorer.

It was founded in the UK and is based in Manchester with its centre of software development excellence situated in Minsk, Belarus.

Its Manchester HQ contains the company’s Directors, Account Management, Business Analysts and Project Managers who are closely supported by its talented Minsk based team of approx 80+ developers and QA staff.

Operating in both, the private and public sector, the GodelTech understands its clients’ business requirements and provide software solutions utilising high quality people with relevant expertise, working either onsite or remotely as part of the clients team, whilst also taking advantage of the very latest high definition video conferencing technology to enhance project communication, which is provided free of charge as part of our service.

Recent major wins have included, The Co-operative Group, Tesco Mobile, Transport for London, CACI, 2ergo, Parasol which has seen GodelTech beating many of the traditional larger Indian and Eastern European outsourcers to projects, primarily due to its UK based ethos and unique delivery approach.

Terry Bland Profile

Terry Bland is MD of GodelTech. He is a highly experienced software engineering professional having previously worked as a senior consultant for Cap Gemini, BT and Head of Development for Knowledge Support Systems (KSS).

Terry setup GodelTech in 2005 and ever since has been integral to its rapid growth into a highly regarded software development centre of excellence in the UK and Europe.

His overwhelming passion for software development, process and quality delivery, coupled with his ability to quickly understand a client’s business issues and requirements have been central to GodelTech’s success over the last five years.

 

NT Profile

Neil Turvin is GodelTech's sales director and is responsible for the definition and delivery of the organisation's business development strategy.

Possessing a strong pedigree in IT strategic direction and solution sales, Neil has worked for technology and professional services companies for over a decade, where he has maintained high value strategic relationships with vendors, partners and clients respectively, received awards for results, performance and business impact and has managed and motivated high calibre sales teams since the age of 21.

Neil has advised some of the country's largest Commercial and Public Sector institutions on Product Development, Enterprise Portal, BPM, SOA, Business Intelligence, Electronic Workflow, Content Management, Identity and Access Management solutions and has been pivotal in the strategic direction of GodelTech since joining in 2008.
