Our storage of your data

We collect and store information regarding your interaction with us. We use third party databases to store this data. Our third party service partners are considered data processors as per GDPR; we are the data controller. The third party services which we use to store and process your data are:

  • Pipedrive EU CRM. Pipedrive is a customer relationship management (CRM) system. We use it as our central database for storing communication information with individuals whom we interact with. Their privacy policy can be read here.
  • Mailchimp is a tool which we use for marketing email communication. We use Mailchimp on our site to process sign-up form entries. In line with the implementation of GDPR your data will not be processed in Mailchimp if you have not opted in. Their privacy policy can be read here.

Regarding the third party tools detailed above, it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to servers outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do everything we can to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely.
