    Terry Bland, managing director of Gödel Technologies, is in the running to become the Institute of Directors’ (IoD) Young Director of the Year 2008 for the North West.

    This is the second consecutive year Terry has been shortlisted for the prestigious award, the winner of which will be decided at a gala dinner at the City of Manchester Stadium on 18 September.

    Gödel Technologies’ managing director, Terry Bland, has been recognised as one of Manchester’s young, leading business people, by Crain’s Manchester Business magazine.

    Crain’s 40 under 40 awards showcase 40 of the business community’s top achievers under the age of 40. Terry was chosen for leading Gödel’s rapid growth into a multinational software company in just three years. He was also recognised for sharing his business knowledge as mentor for some of Manchester’s most promising incubation companies.

    Senior software engineer, Andrew Klinchuk has scored full marks in his Microsoft Certification exam, renewing the company’s Gold Partner status.

    Andrew, who is based in Minsk, scored 1000 out of a possible 1000 in the exam which tests Microsoft software engineering skills, including a series of training and assessment exercises related to the company’s Custom Development Solutions, Data Management Solutions and Mobility Solutions.
