TeamViewer QuickSupport is a small executable that requires no installation and allows Godel technical staff to have immediate access to your computer for support purposes. Just download the application onto the Desktop, start it up and tell Godel the 9-digit session ID. Once the remote session is complete, just close the application and the connection is terminated, so you have control over when access is available.
