"We came in contact with Godeltech through the Dutch company IntoPeople, who were a business partner of Godeltech in Benelux. First, we were sceptical about distributed development, since we had no experience working with Belarusian people.

So, to test the waters, we set up a trial assignment. Of course something we need, but which was not time critical. The results of this project where amazing and delivered within time, so we wondered if there was a catch. That’s why we launched a second project which was a lot bigger. This project was to make more parts of the application available through internet. This time, we did not want it to be done in VB.NET, but in ASP.NET (C#). This project was far more complex then the first one and needed also some implementation from our site. Communication was necessary on a more than weekly basis.

To start, a developer from Belarus visited us for 2 weeks to set up the requirement specifications. By that specification, the project planning was made and reviewed. Though the whole project, we got weekly status reports. These reports indicated the progress, the wanted input from us (if necessary) and an update on the risk analysis. This way, we could monitor the exact project status.

As a result, we were able to release and sell new applications which we otherwise could not have done. Certainly not in this time period without going over budget. Due to Gödel Technologies Europe and InToPeople we managed to surprise and stay ahead of our competition. "
