	Hi, I’ve just read an article about Extreme Programming methodology. Are you familiar with it? Looks like it may fit our project?


	Yes, we’re familiar with it, however, pure Extreme Programming doesn’t work in a large scale project environment, primarily because it provides little control over factors like client programmer assignments or the level of documentation required.


	Hmm, ok, I need to have a think. What methodology do you typically use?


	We have a creative approach and employ several of the same principles but in a more traditional environment.
